Ocean 105 is a smoke-free facility: smoking inside the Apartments and Main Residence is not permitted. However, you can smoke in all outdoor spaces on property. Ocean 105 is one of the very few vacation properties located right on the ocean, meaning no walking across any streets to get to the beach! Two mini beaches are steps away from the complex. Many folks ask us, do we have a pool? We don’t miss it: we have the cleanest and most pristine pool in the world… the Caribbean Ocean!

Location
Aruba is located in the heart of the southern Caribbean, about 27 km north of the Paraguana Peninsula, Venezuela. It takes about two-and-a-half hours by air from Miami, Florida and within easy flying distance of other U.S. cities.
Population
Aruba has about 100,000 people. Its population is made up of an international mixture of people. Their ancestry is a mix claiming Caquetio Indian, African and European roots. Very friendly and cosmopolitan.
Language
Aruba's national language is the Papiamento. However, the people speak many languages including English, Dutch and Spanish.
Climate
Aruba enjoys consistently mild temperatures. There is no major rainy season. The ocean temperature is around 82 all year long. January thru March is the most popular time to visit. During Carnival, just before Lent, the island has parades, festivities and parties. For a more relaxed atmosphere and less crowds, it is recommended that your visit in mid-April through September.

Aruba is not in the hurricane belt. On very few occasions there may be inclement weather for a couple of days as a result of a hurricane in other parts in the Caribbean. In such rare cases it is obvious we cannot be responsible for the weather, such as strong ocean currents or rain.
Things to do and Places to visit
Aruba is famous for its windsurfing, snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing, deep-sea fishing, water skiing or just a lazy swim. Its beaches consist of white sand with calm and incredibly blue waters filled with neon-yellow fish, flame-bright coral reefs and billowing rainbow-colored sails. They are considered to be some of the best beaches in the world. Aruba has an array of interesting spots to visit including: The Alto Vista Chapel, The Arikok National Park, The Ayo & Casibari Rock Formations, The Bushiribana & Balashi, The California Lighthouse, The Frenchman's Pass, The Hooiberg, The Lourdes Grotto, Caves and the Aruba Aloe Factory.
