Reservation & Cancellation policy

  • Prices are per night
  • Rates are subject to change without notice, and do not include the 17% local occupancy tax and service charge.
  • A minimum stay of 3 nights applies for all bookings. Requests for less than 3 nights may be accepted at Owner’s Discretion.
  • A credit card deposit of 50% is required to confirm your reservation. A fee representing 50% of your total stay will be charged to your credit card in order to secure your reservation.
  • The balance of your stay will be charged 4 weeks prior to your arrival.
  • Should you cancel at least 4 weeks prior to your arrival date, we will keep 15% of your total stay for administration costs.
  • Should you cancel within 4 weeks of your arrival date, you will forfeit the 50% deposit.
  • For Christmas, New Year, and President’s Week bookings, should you cancel within 4 weeks of your arrival date, you will forfeit the total stay.
