Reservation & Cancellation policy
• A credit card deposit of 50% is required to confirm your reservation. A fee representing 50% of your total stay will be charged to your credit card in order to secure your reservation.
• The balance of your stay will be charged 4 weeks prior to your arrival.
• For reservations of three (3) nights or less, payment is due in full at time of booking.
• Cancellation policy: 50% of the total amount after reservation 90% of the total amount within 4 weeks of arrival.
